The use of this site is governed by the policies, terms and conditions set forth below. Please read them carefully. Your use of this site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your placement of an order indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions. Your submittal of any purchase order to Neuromonics indicates acceptance of these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions shall supersede any subsequent terms and conditions included with any purchase order, whether or not such terms and conditions are signed by Neuromonics. Neuromonics reserves the right to make changes to this site and these terms and conditions at any time.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay for your Neuromonics purchases through the secure PayPal system, which now allows you to pay using all major credit cards or your own PayPal account. For more information on PayPal services please refer to www.paypal.com

DELIVERY

Once your order has been received and processed, Neuromonics will organise for your product to be dispatched by courier as soon as possible. In the event of any significant delays, Neuromonics will notify you via email.
There is a standard $20 courier fee, included in your original PayPal invoice, for deliveries within Australia. For deliveries outside of Australia the standard shipping fee is $xx.

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Neuromonics offers customers a 30 day return period for the Sanctuary from the date of invoice. The device must be returned to Neuromonics to the address below in the original packaging along with the proof of purchase. Refunds will only be paid to the original owner as detailed on the Proof of Purchase.

The purchaser is responsible for the cost of postage/shipping of the Sanctuary device to Neuromonics. Neuromonics highly recommends you return your items by insured, registered post as Neuromonics will not be liable for any lost/damaged items.
Requests for refunds will be processed following inspection of the device by Neuromonics personnel.

Refunds will be processed via the PayPal system and will be deposited back into the account from which the original invoice was paid.

WARRANTY PERIOD

The Neuromonics Sanctuary and all its parts have a 12 month warranty period from the date of invoice. Whereas, Neuromonics will repair, or at its discretion, replace free of charge faulty components of the Sanctuary within the warranty period.

Warranty repairs and/or parts replacement will be undertaken under the following conditions:

  • Proof of purchase is included with the device to be repaired
  • Only the original owner (as detailed in the Proof of Purchase) is covered by this warranty
  • Only faults which have occurred as a result of normal use as set out in the user manual are covered by this warranty.
  • There has been no attempt to repair the device by an unauthorised agent
  • That the unit is delivered to Neuromonics to the address below in the original packaging or in a package which offers similar degree of protection against damage while the device is in transit.
  • The cost of postage/shipping the device to Neuromonics for repair will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
  • Neuromonics recommends that warranty repairs be insured or sent via registered post by the purchaser, as Neuromonics will not be liable for lost/damaged parcels.

This warranty excludes:

  • Damage as a result of misuse or water damage
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Costs associated with sending the device to Neuromonics

PRIVACY POLICY

Neuromonics is committed to complying with the Privacy Act and the National Privacy Principles, as set out by the Office of Australian Information Commissioner (www.oaic.gov.au)

Neuromonics values your privacy and ensures it will protect the information you provide to us. In order to process your order, Neuromonics will request your: name, postage address, email address, mobile telephone number, date of birth and gender.
This information may be used to process your order or to communicate with you during the delivery process. Neuromonics may also use the information to inform you of product updates. You can opt-out of receiving marketing information from Neuromonics at any time by clicking on the unsubscribe link.
